1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, financial data), automatically (usage data, device information), and from third parties (bank feeds, payroll integrations). Financial data includes ERP transactions, payroll records, and capital expenditure documentation necessary for incentive applications.
2. How We Use Data
We use your data to: (a) provide incentive discovery and management services, (b) auto-populate tax incentive applications, (c) maintain compliance calendars and audit trails, (d) communicate service updates and compliance deadlines, (e) improve our AI models and Incentive Knowledge Graph, (f) fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We share data with: (a) government agencies for incentive applications (with your consent), (b) authorized third-party auditors for AUP compliance, (c) service providers under strict data processing agreements, (d) financial institutions for loan origination (with your consent). We never sell your data.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, request corrections, delete your account (subject to legal holds), opt out of marketing communications, export your data in machine-readable format, and lodge complaints with data protection authorities. 5. Security Measures
Our platform is built on a proprietary Incentive Knowledge Graph with over 28,000 rules. We employ encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and weekly encrypted backups. SOC 2 Type II compliance is in progress.
